Botswana is one of the finest travel destinations in the African continent. It is among the best places in the world for exploring wildlife and to take safaris. Okavango Delta region, is the most popular region among the tourists. During the rainy season this region becomes a maze of waterways, islands, and lakes. Moremi Wildlife Refuge in Okavango Delta has a wide variety of wildlife, flora and fauna.

- Experience Botswana's culture in a historic village called Serowe.

Once the visitors reach their camp by a light aircraft, they can then safari by vehicle, on foot, by motorboat, riding in a makoro canoe, a horse, ride a quad bike or even an elephant. The transportation modes in Botswana are a fun and fascinating part of the safari experience. To protect the country's natural assets, the government has instituted a policy of promoting and encouraging low-volume, high-cost tourism. It is one of the few remaining places in Africa where the adventuresome safari still exists.

PEOPLE: San people have lived here for thousands of years using the ancient methods of hunting and gathering. The Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park in the north are areas of outstanding natural beauty, rich in animal life.

CLIMATE: Summer: November to March. High temperatures average 85-95°F with lows around 65°F. Winter: June to August. Daytime temperatures around 75°F with nighttime lows around 40°F.
